Leave with a blueprint and stronger team
You leave with a blueprint, individually identified Workflows and Projects, and the reasoning behind them. During the Audit we also coach stakeholders live, improve the Claude or OpenAI setup where needed, and provide practical prompt skills for everyday decisions and stress testing.
