How much of my time will this take?
We spend time with you upfront to understand how your business runs and what you want to put in place. From there, we schedule regular sessions for practical training, feedback and approvals, while we handle the implementation between meetings.
The time you’ll need depends on the scope and how much you want to build alongside us. We work this out with you before the Sprint starts, so you can plan around it.
Can you work with the tools and setup I already have?
Yes. We start with the tools you use and how your business runs today. We build on what works, improve the setup where needed and explore how AI and automation can fit into your existing processes.
If something needs to change, we explain why and work through the options with you before putting it in place.
How will you protect my business information?
We review what information your AI tools need, how those tools handle it and who should have access. We configure the available privacy settings and permissions around those needs, with clear rules for what can be shared and which actions require approval.
You and your team also learn how to handle business information safely in everyday use. The safeguards depend on the tools and setup, and we explain their limits so you can make informed choices.
