Our contribution
Claude Code setup, project structure & working memory

The starting point

He knew the problem. He needed a way to build the solution.

Rito had an idea: help people investigate appliance problems before an on-site repair visit. He had heard about AI, but did not know where to start. The idea lived in a long conversation and had yet to become a defined project.

01 / MAKE THE PROJECT BUILDABLE

Give the idea a structure that survives the conversation.

Set up the environment, organise the project and retain the context needed for the next session.

The working foundationProcess illustration

Define the project.

Turn the idea into a clear purpose, a practical scope and work that can be approached step by step.

Set up Claude Code.

Help Rito work with AI around the application and its files, with a structure he can return to.

Keep the context.

Retain useful decisions, project knowledge and next steps so the work can continue between sessions.

The structure supports Rito’s development work.Project structure, illustrated
Before

One long conversation held the idea, the questions and the evolving plan.

With a structured project

The application has a place to be developed, with working context that can be used again as the product evolves.

02 / THE IDEA BECOMES A PRODUCT

A real interface people can open and use.

The public Fix Ma Panne chatbot begins with the appliance and asks the user to describe the problem.

The expertise and the product remain his.

Our role was to help Rito structure his work with AI and support him through development. Rito brought the idea and the repair knowledge, built the application and took it to market.

03 / KEEP BUILDING

Make the next working session easier to start.

The value of a structured setup continues after the first working version.
